Notes:
A triple-size brew ready for mass consumption at a party (hopefully Hamish's birthday). The boil was split equally in to three fermenters and the same reclaimed US05 yeast used in all three.
This beer was not bottled in the normal manner - a range of plastic bottles from 1.25 L up to 2.25 L were used to bottle all 69 litres at once. One third of the brew was bottled in a sealed barrel to pressurise.
Brew in both bottles and the barrel were successful, although only very slightly carbonated in the barrel. A success in terms of value for money!
